Beige reversible scarf - Killa Ñawi
Weight: 145 gr. | Material: 100% certified Baby Alpaca AIA | L: 180 cm - H: 30 cm
Killa Ñawi means “moon eye” in Quechua—that serene gaze the moon casts over the Andean landscape on the quietest nights. This reversible scarf captures that luminous duality: beige on one side, white on the other. Two warm neutrals that alternate depending on your outfit, the day, or your mood.
Woven from 100% Peruvian baby alpaca certified by the International Alpaca Association (AIA), this scarf is three times softer than cashmere and completely hypoallergenic: lanolin-free, ideal for sensitive skin. Its natural hollow fiber thermoregulates body temperature, keeping you warm in winter without suffocating you in spring.
Hand-finished by Peruvian artisans specializing in Andean textile tradition, its reversible design doubles its versatility without adding bulk or weight to your luggage.
How to wear it: Beige side: for dark or colorful outfits that need a warm neutral. White side: to brighten black, navy, or gray coats. Two scarves in one, without the weight of carrying two.
Care: Hand wash in cold water with mild wool detergent. Do not wring. Dry flat.
Our garments are knitted in alpaca yarn in workshops in Cusco. The figures in these charts are body measurements, not garment measurements: measure yourself and choose the size whose range contains your figures. If you fall between two sizes, the larger one gives the relaxed fit that suits alpaca knitwear best.

Capes, ponchos and ruanas
These are one-size pieces, designed to fall loosely over the body. Instead of a size, they are described by two garment measurements, which you will find on each product page.
Width
From one edge to the other, with the garment laid flat. It determines how far the piece covers the arms.
Length
From the shoulder to the bottom edge. It determines where the garment ends on the body.
Scarves, shawls and blankets
One size. Each product page states the exact length and width of the piece along with its weight, because in alpaca knitwear the weight tells you as much about warmth as the measurements do.
How to take your measurements
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor and your arms relaxed.
Waist
Measure the narrowest part of the torso, just above the navel. Do not hold your stomach in.
Hip
Measure around the fullest part of the hips, standing with your feet together.
Use a flexible tape measure over light clothing. The tape should rest against the body without tightening: if it leaves a mark, it is too tight.
Unsure between two sizes, or do you need the exact measurements of a piece? Write to us and we will send you the garment’s real measurements.
